PINK: The Chronicles of BC Jenny by Jenny Saldana
Since April 2001, our events and shows have been performed at over 400 colleges and universities around the country. We've been to Denver, Sacramento, Georgia and as far east as Rhode Island to name a few. We've been practically everywhere! From Ivy League schools such as Harvard and Brown University to smaller colleges like William and Mary and Kings College. We have traveled across the country performing our brand of humorous, inspiring and thought provoking shows.
Although our shows are Latino flavored, the issues and topics in all of our plays speak to a much broader college audience. Such as in the case with our biggest hits like YO SOY LATINA! (I AM LATINA!) written entirely in English, this show's theme resonates with non-Latinos and Latinos alike because the show is really about women in America finding their truest voice. Our other popular show is PINK: The Chronicles of BC Jenny which details the journey of Jenny Saldana's experience before and after breast cancer. A laugh-out-loud testimony that will also have you wondering what you would do if you were faced with the biggest challenge and fight of your life.
